When you sign up for Everbound Academy, we may collect personal information such as your name and email address. If you choose to opt into our optional mailed syllabus, we will also collect a mailing address for that purpose only.

This information is used to communicate with you, provide access to academy materials, send updates, deliver certificates, and fulfill optional physical mailings. Email communication and subscriber management are handled through Kit.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Everbound Academy does not store or have direct access to your payment information.

Community access is hosted on Grouped. If you choose to participate in the community, your interaction there is subject to Grouped’s platform policies in addition to these terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time by using the link provided in our emails. You may also contact us directly if you would like your information removed from our records.

This website may use basic analytics or cookies to understand site traffic and improve the experience. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for site functionality.
