Everbound Academy is a self paced reading experience designed for personal enjoyment and educational inspiration. Participation is voluntary, and reading progress, completion, and engagement are self reported. There are no guarantees regarding reading outcomes, completion timelines, or personal results.

All content provided by Everbound Academy, including syllabi, written materials, certificates, and digital assets, is intended for personal use only. Content may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

Membership access and payments are processed through Stripe. Community features are hosted on Grouped. By participating in the community, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines of that platform as well as these terms.

Everbound Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the program, including pricing, content, or community features, at any time. Membership subscriptions may be canceled by the user at any time according to the terms provided at checkout.

Community spaces associated with Everbound Academy are intended to be respectful, inclusive environments. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.

Everbound Academy is not responsible for the content of third party books, links, or external resources that may be recommended as part of the reading experience.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own reading choices, interpretations, and engagement.
